14-DAY HOME TRIAL
Try any fiddle or bow in the comfort of your own home, regardless of where* you live.
For all other products other than fiddles and bows, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. For fiddles and bows, the extended 14-day return policy applies. Read more about it here.
To be eligible to for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must first contact us at email@example.com and inform us of your intent to return your product. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the return postage fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Strings and rosin may not be returned if they have been opened or used. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Norway, EEA and European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped in Norway, to the rest of the EEA, or to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and used, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and you must also inform us via email email@example.com of your intent to return your item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please note that items can be slow to arrive due to Norwegian Customs. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
